Head Coaches,

One of the best ways we can support our athletes and teams is by helping them become stronger and faster. This summer, we have a great opportunity through our Strength & Speed Camp, which is designed to develop overall athleticism for all sports.

Please share the attached information flyer with your student-athletes and families.

Over the past few years, we’ve averaged around 250 participants in grades 6–12. This year, our goal is to push that number closer to 300.

Camp Schedule:
The camp runs Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, with five sessions daily:
7:00–8:15 AM – Any High School Athlete
8:00–9:15 AM – Any High School Athlete
9:00–10:15 AM – Any High School Athlete
10:00–11:15 AM – Female Only (Grades 6–12)
11:00–12:00 PM – Middle School Students

We have 3–5 coaches working each session. While we don’t anticipate additional paid coaching positions being available, all coaches are welcome to stop by at any time to see what we’re doing and support our athletes.

Let’s keep encouraging our athletes to take advantage of this opportunity to improve and prepare for their seasons ahead!
