CW Design PLLC
CW Design brings joy, creativity, and function back into your overwhelmed spaces.
When patience runs low during a home renovation, this is the part that matters most.
Real life lives in the in-between— the decisions, the delays, the moments that ask for pause.
This is where grace shows up.
More on this in my latest blog (chapter 5).
This is what peace looks like 🤍
Not quiet mornings or perfectly still moments…
but laughter, sunshine, and the people who feel like home.
Peace is in these memories—
in the way we show up for each other,
in the joy we create together,
in the moments that remind us what really matters.
✨ The laughter
✨ The love
✨ The feeling of being fully present
This is why we protect our peace.
So we have more of this.
If life feels heavy, come back to what grounds you—
the people, the moments, the joy you don’t want to miss.
More on building that kind of life at the link in bio... Chapter 4🤍
You can count on me 🤍
For the laughter.
For the memories.
For the moments that turn into everything.
This is what it’s all about.
The sunshine, the joy, the people by your side.
Peace isn’t just something you protect—
It’s something you live.
And this… this is it ☀️🌻

❤️
There are seasons where we measure success by how much we can carry.
How fast we can move.
How full the calendar looks.
And then there are moments like this—
where nothing is being optimized, rushed, or achieved…
and yet everything important is happening.
Presence.
Connection.
Breath.
Slowing down isn’t falling behind.
It’s choosing to be fully here.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to do less, to soften your pace—
maybe that’s not a weakness.
Maybe that’s wisdom calling.

Being “strong” shouldn’t feel this heavy.
If you’re carrying everything for everyone…
and quietly running on empty—this is for you 🤍
You don’t have to hold it all alone.
My husband made me this pie for Mother’s Day… 🥧💛
There was one slice left… emphasis on was 😂
Meanwhile, the kids are deep cleaning the bathrooms before church 🙌
Tell me you’re winning Mother’s Day without telling me… 😎
❤️ ❤️ 😇
We all say it.
“I’m fine.”
But most of the time, we’re not.
We’re holding things in and pushing through.
Telling ourselves it’s easier this way.
Until “fine” isn’t just something we say…
It’s something we become.
Start with you.
Actually care for what’s underneath.
You can read the blog in my bio to learn how I am coping with "fine."
Construction projects rarely look good in the middle.
There’s dust, uncertainty, delays, and constant adjustments.
But this phase is where structure, strength, and intention are built.
In construction, interior design, and life, progress doesn’t happen in straight lines. Plans evolve. Timelines shift. Trust is required before results are visible.
This job site is a reminder that unfinished doesn’t mean failing — it means becoming.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in the middle of a process, growth season, renovation, or business project, this lesson applies to you too.
🔨 Trust the process.
🏗️ Respect the work happening behind the scenes.
🧠 Progress is happening — even when it looks chaotic.
👉 We dive deeper into these lessons in our latest blog post.

I often reflect on movement—how it manifests so differently for us now compared to the previous generation.
My parents would never have done this at my age: getting down on the floor, moving instinctively, allowing bodies to explore and occupy space. It simply wasn’t what people did.
Back then, movement was structured, purposeful, and usually separate from daily life. You moved with intention, not just because your body felt like it.
Now, we understand that movement is more than just exercise. It supports our joints, nervous systems, emotional health, and long-term wellness. It teaches bodies—especially young ones—how to feel safe, capable, and connected. And it doesn’t need to be formal to be meaningful.
At Thoughtfully Well, this shift is what we care about: moving away from rigidity and towards awareness. From “doing it right” to simply moving often, intentionally, and with respect for your body.
Sometimes, that looks quiet and unimpressive.
Sometimes, it’s doing it on the living room floor.
And sometimes, it means choosing a different path than the one you were shown.
Every bit of movement counts.
Where thoughtful design meets real life. ✨
This kitchen isn’t just about cabinets and finishes—it’s about how a space supports the day.
Morning routines. Family meals. The in-between moments that make a house feel like home.
I design spaces that work beautifully and live effortlessly—because when a home functions well, it naturally feels better to be in.
If you’re envisioning a space that supports your life, I’d love to design it with you. 🤍
