As Friendswood Hospital nears opening, we are so excited to have Tonya leading the new facility. After providing exceptional care to patients at South Shore ER, she moved to its sister facility to act as CNO! We wish Tonya (and the entire crew of Friendswood Hospital) luck as opening day approaches!

The happiest of 50th birthdays to our CEO, Dr. Suchmor Thomas! Staff conspired to throw him a surprise Western-themed party (any excuse to dig our Rodeo boots again). Many thanks to Dax Davis for his fantastic performance! Happy 50th, Dr. Thomas; here's to many more!

South Shore ER is a proud sponsor of the Galveston County Constables and their recent fundraiser, the Galveston County Constables' Clay Classic. No belt buckles were won by our team, but we will get 'em next year!

In just under 24 hours, on April 7th at 6 pm, the city council will meet to discuss and vote on whether or not to approve our application to bring Manvel ER to life! We believe that Manvel ER has a lot to offer the community, with compassionate care and great career opportunities close to your home. We would greatly appreciate your support at this meeting! Dr. Thomas, our CEO, met with the men and women providing emergency services in Manvel, including EMS Chief Tim Welch and Deputy Chief Brad Lammert. Manvel EMS do an incredible job serving their community, and we appreciate them taking the time to speak with us about how we can support them and their mission of caring for Manvel in every emergency.

Dr. Thomas, our CEO, and Tonya, our CNO, had a fantastic meeting with Pastor Jason Lee of The Church On MastersRoad! We were excited to discuss our shared commitment to service and to the Manvel community. We are very excited to work with Pastor Lee and his congregation as we work to care for the community of Manvel!
