As founder of Texas Disaster Recovery Foundation -501c3, being here in Florida reminds me of how much help is needed.
Roofs are damaged, electricity is out in certain areas, gas lines are long and only accepting cash because the power is out.
What can you do???
Help is needed especially for cash for gas money due to chainsaws, and other equipment that is needed to help with the cleanups without electricity.

Emergency power sources such as flashlights (don't forget extra batteries).
Safety and personal items.
Important documents, including medical documents, wills, passports, and personal identification.
A fire extinguisher.
No one knows where or when natural disasters will strike.

Wildfires
Flooding
Many of us have experienced the trauma of losing everything and having to start over including myself.
