This past weekend, Pastor Andy gave us a few goals for the week.

First remember God’s goodness. Don’t let the enemy fill your head with all the negative what if’s because we know that God is a good Father who can do the miraculous.

Then we TRUST God’s plan for our life, even in the midst of facing the impossible, God has a good plan.

Then lastly, bring what you have to God. Having open hands not gripping your own will and your own way, but with open hands, laying what you have at His feet, and asking Him what He wants you to do next. You remember He is faithful, Trust in His plan, then bring what you have.

Dads, this weekend we want to celebrate YOU! Join us this weekend at services!

Our AVL and Photo volunteers are AMAZING! They make sure every service runs as smoothly as possible and they put their whole heart into making services such a great experience each week. This week, we hosted a 'Jeopardy' type game show event (complete with ridiculous commercials) with them and laughed until our bellies ached. We appreciate those who serve behind the scenes!

Hope Friends celebrated their Summer Respite this weekend! We love our special needs ministry and all that they do for our families and Hope Friends.

Part of our mission here at New Hope Church is to "Make Him Known" and we do that by showing up in our communities and being the hands and feet of Jesus.

This past weekend, our amazing volunteers at our 288, Friendswood, and Lake Jackson campuses took part in local missions serving the widows of the area, the Beltway 8 Crisis Pregnancy Center, and the Women's Refuge Center. We appreciate those of you who endured this summer heat to give your time to others and show the love of Jesus to our community. Thank you volunteers!
