On January 2nd we lost our matriarch.

Mrs. Rossi, as she was respectfully known throughout the community, went peacefully in the morning surrounded by her daughter Amanda, and three grandsons.

She and her late husband, Sam Rossi Jr, founded our business back in 1974. They converted a 1920s dairy farm into an oasis for people to camp for generations to come.

They planted trees, paved spaces, dug ponds, erected fences & light poles, they nailed their futire together piece by piece. Decades of hard work led to a place where so many can come and visit. Though many simply call this place home. 🦆🌳🦨🐿️

We will miss you dearly. We will carry on your legacy forever.

We ended 2025 out with a bang 💥💥💥

Around 75 folks, many of whom live in our park, attended our 2025 Christmas Party.

We appreciate each and every one of you! The holidays are about being around those you care for & enjoying good company, good food, and faith ✝️.
