🏡 CLOSED! 🎉 Congratulations to Kamarion on becoming a homeowner!

This one was extra special. Kameron was referred to me by a good friend, and within a day or two of connecting, we were touring homes. Not long after, we were under contract, and six months later, we handed over the keys to a beautiful home that we built from the ground up!

At just 24 years old (he was 23 when we started this journey), Kamarion has accomplished something many people spend years working toward. He and his beautiful family now have a home that’s just under 3,000 square feet on a lot just under 14,000 square feet—plenty of room to make memories for years to come.

I have to give Cameron a special shoutout. In real estate, every transaction is different, and while I don’t mind rolling up my sleeves when challenges come, Kamarion was truly one of the most organized, responsive, and prepared clients I’ve ever worked with. He stayed on top of everything from start to finish, making this one of the smoothest closings I’ve had.

One of my favorite memories was when he called me one day asking about my faith. After that conversation, I changed his contact name in my phone to “New Homeowner – July 2026.” I told him that’s how much I believed this was going to happen. (Now…he did try to give me a heart attack talking about quitting his job right before closing! 😂 Thankfully, we laughed about it and stayed the course.)

Kamarion thank you for trusting me to guide you through one of the biggest milestones of your life. It has truly been an honor. I pray this home is filled with love, laughter, peace, and countless blessings for you and your family.
