✈️ TRAVEL UPDATE: New Flights Added at Atlantic City Airport After Spirit Shutdown ✈️

A new low-cost carrier is stepping in after Spirit Airlines abruptly shut down operations — bringing more travel options back to South Jersey.

Breeze Airways has announced FOUR new routes from Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) with fares starting as low as $49 one-way 💸

🌴 NEW NONSTOP ROUTES:
• Orlando, FL — Daily service starting July 3
• Myrtle Beach, SC — Starting October 22
• Fort Myers, FL — Starting October 22
• West Palm Beach, FL — Starting December 17

📉 Why This Matters:
• Spirit Airlines suddenly shut down, canceling all flights and leaving travelers scrambling
• ACY was hit hard — about 75% of passengers earlier this year flew with Spirit
• Breeze is now helping fill that gap and expand service options

🧳 More Destinations Coming:
Breeze also plans additional flights to:
• Tampa, FL
• Raleigh-Durham, NC
• Charleston, SC

🛫 Other carriers still serving ACY include Allegiant Air, while American Airlines offers bus connections to Philadelphia

⚠️ For Former Spirit Passengers:
• All flights have been canceled
• Refunds will be issued automatically to original payment methods
• No rebooking assistance is being provided

This marks a major shift for air travel in South Jersey — but also a quick rebound with new options already rolling in.
