✨ Next Gen Ministries Communications Coordinator
Help support our Kids, Students, and Included Special Needs Ministries through creative communication, including social media, newsletters, emails, and ministry promotion. This role helps ensure clear, timely, and engaging communication for families, volunteers, and ministry leaders.

☀️ Next Gen Summer Intern
Gain hands-on ministry experience working across Kids Ministry, Student Ministry, and Included Special Needs Ministries during June and July. Interns will serve alongside staff and engage in real ministry environments throughout the summer.

These summer internship opportunities are open to graduating high school seniors and college-aged students.

You’re invited to our 2026 Confirmation Service on May 3rd at 3pm in the Sanctuary! Celebrate with our Confirmands as they affirm their faith in Christ and their baptismal covenant.

This meaningful service is a powerful time of worship, prayer, and celebration as we walk alongside them in their faith journey.

First Methodist Students believes discipleship is about helping students mature as followers of Jesus. Growing in faith is a journey, and along the way, there are defining “milestones” that help mark the path. Each milestone builds on the one before it, reminding us of God’s faithfulness and pointing us toward what’s next. Here is just a glimpse of the bonds that are forming and the many ways our students are growing as followers of Jesus through our Capstone, Foundations, Alpha, and Confirmation groups.

We can’t believe it’s already December! Our hearts are so full as we reflect on this great year with you all.

We have a couple of things on the calendar this month.

Reminder there is NO MIDWEEK tomorrow as the Students staff will be at Toys for Tots. If you are performing and didn’t write it on the clip board text us at 8177797131 and we will come see you!

We are having our First Sunday dinner THIS Sunday for our high school students. The link for food sign up is in our bio!

Our Christmas party is on the 17th! Come in your best “Funky Christmas” outfit we will have prizes for best dressed and best group! Bring a wrapped gift no more than $10 for our gift exchange!
