Women's Peri-Menopause/Menopause IFS Group

Every woman has their own unique journey through the significant life transition time leading to menopause. This Internal Family Systems experiential group will focus on concerns such as negative beliefs, emotional and psychological experiences, body image, and relationship issues. This group will be held bi-weekly beginning Monday February 3, 2025 for 8 sessions at a cost of $75 per session. 8 person limit. Women's Internal Family Systems Group -

Internal Family System groups are designed to create a safe place to explore parts in a community with others who share similar desires for growth and healing. This experiential group will focus on Anxious Attachment Style, "Fawning", co-dependent parts that are activated in relationships. No prior experience with Internal Family Systems required. This 8 session group begins bi-weekly meetings January 13, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at a cost of $75 per session.
