Following a six-month period without adequate electrical power in the new shop, my electrician successfully restored sufficient power to operate my machinery. I am now creating tool designs to initiate machining for my next three Tunnel Wedge manifolds: 351W, 302W, and BOSS 302 3V.

I have also finalized work on the second installment of a series of manifolds designed for SOHC 427 engines, featuring a single-plane design with a Holley 4500 Dominator fl**ge.

I have modified the runner configuration at the plenum's port entry, thereby increasing the plenum's volume.

I have commenced a new project for a client to design and manufacture up to four distinct manifolds for the Ford SOHC 427 engine. The initial manifold, a single-plane Tunnel Wedge, has been completed.

During development of the Clevor 3V Throttle Body injection system, I determined it would be beneficial to provide the customer with a choice between utilizing a wet or dry manifold.

At the customer's request, I have updated my 351C stacked 58mm manifold to accommodate Throttle Body Injection compatibility. I will add the injectors and fuel rails as we progress.

Meanwhile, at the behest of a new client, I have resumed work on a project. This entails developing a Throttle Body Injection system designed for 351W blocks equipped with Scott Cook 3V cylinder heads. There are a few more specifics to finalize, but the project shows considerable potential.

Manifolds are stacking up waiting for the power company to get off their shovels to bring the required power to the new shop. We’ve been waiting for four months. Quite frustrating!

I am pleased to announce that four new manifolds, designed specifically for the 351M/400 and 9.5" Clevor engines with a 3V port configuration, have been sent to the foundry for quotation. The manifold designs include: 1) Holley 4500 Dominator, 2) Holley 4150 fl**ge, 3) 2X4 Tunnel Wedge, and 4) Clevor Holley 4150 fl**ge. Production will include at least three units of each design at a price of $2250 per unit.
