From listed to closed in 26 days!!! I’m so thankful for the opportunity to sell this beautiful Mansfield home as my sellers move down to the Texas coast to enjoy retirement. While sitting with them as they signed all the closing documents in their new waterfront home, and talking about fishing and future memories with family and friends, we couldn’t help but pause and be in awe of God’s timing and provisions. Houses get bought and sold all the time, but for this family, God showed up in so many little things to remind them of how much He loves them! Any chance I get to see the beach is an added blessing!

There are plenty of reasons why Texas is a great place to live, but seeing God’s creation in full bloom during spring is towards the top of the list! If you’re stuck in a state without bluebonnets, get here quick!

I had a buyer looking for a condominium on the lake. That’s exactly what he got! Each client’s needs are unique, and it is such a blessing to be able to help connect them with their perfect home! I can’t wait to hear all about the new memories made on the water!

I love the closing day handshake! So many things have to come together to get us to this point. This transaction required patience and persistence, but God connected the dots between my sellers and the very excited family ready to move into this home on acreage! It’s fun watching Him work!

We got this fantastic condominium in the hands of the new owner, and it was so much fun watching God orchestrate all of the pieces every step of the way! Two different families are set to make TONS of new memories, and I’m so thankful that I got to be a part of it!
