✨ Next Gen Ministries Communications Coordinator
Help support our Kids, Students, and Included Special Needs Ministries through creative communication, including social media, newsletters, emails, and ministry promotion. This role helps ensure clear, timely, and engaging communication for families, volunteers, and ministry leaders.

☀️ Next Gen Summer Intern
Gain hands-on ministry experience working across Kids Ministry, Student Ministry, and Included Special Needs Ministries during June and July. Interns will serve alongside staff and engage in real ministry environments throughout the summer.
These summer internship opportunities are open to graduating high school seniors and college-aged students.

First Methodist Mansfield's goal for this year is,

To reclaim the practice of fasting in order to offer our whole selves to God, grow in holiness, and to stand with the poor.

We are inviting our entire church to set aside Wednesdays as a day to fast together through one of three ways.

• A 24-hour fast, which would be foregoing breakfast and lunch.
• A lunchtime fast, which would be foregoing lunch.
• For those who, for health reasons, cannot fast from food, consider setting something else aside as an alternative way to participate in this practice.

For our families with kids and students, our Next Gen has also created a guide to help explain the heart behind fasting, invite our kids and teens to participate in safe, age-appropriate ways, and engage them in connecting to the spiritual purpose behind this practice.

Join us for a joyful Easter Family Celebration followed by an Easter Egg Hunt for kids of all ages. It will be a fun morning filled with worship, activities, and plenty of eggs to find!

Want to help make the egg hunt extra special? We’re collecting donations of candy, small toys, and empty plastic Easter eggs. You can bring them to the Connecting Point before or after worship this weekend or drop them off in the Children's Atrium any time this week.

Our Kids Ministry had a great time on Sunday learning about Jesus in fun ways! Early Childhood started a new focus on "All Star: Jesus Is Amazing," and our Elementary Kids started "Upside Down: Treat Others the Way Jesus Treats You".
