The lake was a little rough today but ended up with 9 nice fish filled the cooler in 3 hours.

What a difference fresh bait can make 12 nice catfish with the biggest being 23lb that was let go.

Two really good days of fishing for Catfish! This is the second days catch. The first days was just as good.
We have 2 weeks left until the opening of Striper season. Lake Marion is 1.82 feet below full pool and water temps are around 75. Water clarity is about 3 feet with plenty of shad. Catfish are doing OK as well.
