Madalas ‘too good to be true’.

Walang malinaw na company name, address o online presence.
— Kung hindi mo makita ang website nila, o kung ang email address nila ay generic (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) imbes na company domain — delikado. Legit companies may verified website, social media, legal registration.
Improve Workspace

Hindi malinaw o mababaw na job description.
— Vague lang ang nakalagay: “Easy home‑based job”, “no experience needed”, pero hindi kailanman sinasabi kung anong trabaho talaga, o ano ang gagawin mo araw-araw.

Madali silang “mag‑hire” — walang interview, requirements, o verification.
— Halos agad ka nilang tinatanggap, minsan via social media o chat app (WhatsApp, Telegram), at gusto agad makuha personal info mo.

Here’s a clear guide on how to spot a red flag client, especially for WFH or online jobs:

10 Signs a Client is a Red Flag

1. Vague job description
– Hindi malinaw ang expectations
– Walang specific tasks, hours, or tools
⚠️ Red flag: Baka mag-expect ng labis at walang clear payment.

2. Unrealistic promises or pay
– “Work 10 hours, pero maliit na bayad”
– “Makakagawa ka ng 100 tasks sa 1 day”
⚠️ Red flag: Over-promising but underpaying.

3. Delayed responses
– Hindi nagre-reply for days or weeks
⚠️ Red flag: Poor communication = stressful workflow.

4. Pushy about free work / test projects
– Humihingi ng “free sample” na sobrang effort
⚠️ Red flag: Baka palaging gagamitin ka for free.

5. Always changes requirements
– Hindi klaro sa simula, pero paulit-ulit nagbabago
⚠️ Red flag: Scope creep = extra unpaid work.

6. Negative reviews / reputation
– Check online or FB groups
⚠️ Red flag: History of scamming, late payments, or bad treatment.

7. Aggressive or rude behavior
– Laging nagtatampo, nang-aasar, o nagmamadali
⚠️ Red flag: Toxic communication.

8. Hesitant or vague about payment
– Hindi klaro ang payment method o schedule
– Walang contract
⚠️ Red flag: Risk of late or no payment.

9. Micromanaging excessively
– Laging tinitingnan ang bawat maliit na detalye
⚠️ Red flag: Trust issues → stressful environment.

10. Gut feeling
– May something na parang off sa kanila
⚠️ Red flag: Intuition is real — kung may alarm bells, listen.

✅ Pinaka-Ayaw ng Clients sa WFH Employees

1. Poor communication

– Hindi nag-u-update
– Hindi nagse-send ng progress
Clients hate guessing what you’re doing.

2. Noisy background
– Maingay na a*o, kapitbahay, TV
– Walang noise suppression
Nakaka-turn off ito lalo sa calls.

3. Unstable internet
– Laging nagdi-disconnect
– Hindi stable zoom/meetings
Slow and unreliable internet = BIG red flag.

4. Unreliable device
– Laging nagha-hang ang laptop/phone
– Low battery, walang backup
Clients want someone na walang “tech drama.”

5. Poor time management
– Late sa deadlines
– Hindi sumusunod sa schedule
Time zones matter a lot.

6. Missing meetings
– No-shows
– Late sa Zoom
– Walang heads up
Lalo na kung ang trabaho ay collaborative.

7. Attitude issues
– Madaling ma-offend
– Defensive
– Hindi marunong tumanggap ng feedback
Clients prefer professional, calm, and cooperative.

8. Always excuses
– “Brownout po kasi…”
– “May emergency…” (lagi-lagi)
Clients understand emergencies, pero ayaw nila nang palaging dahilan.

9. Disorganized work
– Files everywhere
– Hindi alam ang systems
– Madaldal pero kulang sa ex*****on
They want someone efficient.

10. Ghosting
