Big job I completed with 3 bow window to flat units that saved the home owner nearly 12 grand. Sliding glass door change to a window. And 9 single double hung replaced, oh and an entry door to match. Bricks around new window unit will be done in near future by my brick guy. Painting to dental trim will be done by home owner as agreed upon

While tearing out this entry door I came into a bit of rot... this happens on most homes with unsealed exteriors. Wood rots. Cover it with capping. No more leaks guaranteed. I install my new doors with a "pan" underneath to ensure water always flows outward and doesn't rot your floor out 👍
