Some moments in life turn into memories you carry forever… and this trip to San Diego with my cousin Carlos is one of them. ❤️
Carlos , thank you for being so much more than family. Thank you for being a best friend, a constant support, and someone who has been there through the laughs, the tears, and everything in between. Growing up with you and sharing life’s ups and downs has been such a blessing, and this visit reminded me just how lucky I am to have you in my life.
From all the laughs we shared to the amazing tour you gave me around San Diego, every moment meant so much. It wasn’t just about the places we saw, it was about the time we spent together and the memories we created.
Thank you for always showing up, for the love, the support, and for being the incredible person you are. I’m so grateful for you, cousin.

18 years ago, while hosting one of my TV shows, I climbed to the top of the Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls
520 feet (160 meters) high, at night, no safety gear, and with heavy winds.
That experience gave me real respect for what it means to face fear at extreme heights.

I honestly cannot imagine that level of courage, focus, and mental strength.

Today I celebrate 45 years of life. And during his own birthday speech, my dear friend spoke about all of us, about how we don’t have the years behind us, we have all the new beginnings and life opportunities ahead. Those words stayed with me and landed deeply in my heart, perfectly framing this new chapter of my own life. And today, we also celebrate his 50 years of life, wisdom, talent, and friendship. Happy 50th Birthday, SAMO. What a gift to share this moment together.
My heart is overflowing with gratitude. Gratitude for life itself. For my family. For my friends who are chosen family. For my higher power who has guided me through every storm, every lesson, every breakthrough. This journey has been filled with adventures I could have never imagined, with love in its many forms, and with an incredible career that has allowed me the blessing of meeting and building friendships with some of the most extraordinary human beings in the world.
