Tandem's Mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, family atmosphere for youth in foster care.

The Tandem Youth Home will be established in the Manhattan area, specifically targeting youth between the ages of 12-18 that are in the custody of the Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) foster care system.
