Birthday Photo Dump

I had the best birthday week celebrating in Springfield MA!

Few facts about me & the trip:
- Basketball is not my favorite sport to play, but is my favorite to watch.
- Favorite player of all time is MJ (cue the GOAT debates now 😂)
- Favorite section of the Hall of Fame is the Kobe Bryant Memorial - really awesome tribute!
- This was my first trip to Springfield. It's a pretty quiet place. I did a lot of relaxing and resetting.
- I highly recommend seeing Shang chi the movie if you're into action/super hero films. It was amazing!

Thanks again to my wife for surprising me & planning everything. You are an incredible woman & I'm glad you're also my best friend and life partner 😃❤️

💡This one is for my wife Jocelyn Jayasooria Turner who makes me want to live out the versus I typed above every day. To Love each other unconditionally, talking through every disagreement & mistake we make.

💡To appreciate every small good thing we do for each other and support each other in our journey of life together. But most importantly to fully enjoy being with each other, make memories and value our unity.

💡I just created this post to celebrate her, not just for 6 Months or her birthday celebration, but as a permanent statement... I LOVE MY WIFE.

I ❤️ BURPEES DAY 6 ! This Burpee move of the day is great for core stability. Slow the movement down if needed, but definitely give this a try in your next workout! Let's get it done!

I ❤️ BURPEES DAY 4! Move of the day is a Burpee with a plank jack. Try one of these goals:

1️⃣ Beginner - 10 Burpees (5 rounds of 2 Burpees)
2️⃣ Intermediate - 25 Burpees (5 rounds of 5 Burpees)
3️⃣ Advanced - 50 Burpees (5 Rounds of 10 Burpees)
*Rest 10-60 seconds between rounds

Rise Up Challenge Day 2! Save this one for later & turn on your post notifications so you don't miss a thing! Here is an advanced squat Curl Press Challenge for you. I will put modifications in my stories! I recommend using light weights and try 3-5 rounds of 40 seconds work/20seconds rest. Let's get it done!

DAY 1! Here is the first move from the Rise Up Challenge. For the next 2 weeks we'll focus on a new challenge every day. I'll add modified versions and alternatives for dumbbells and bodyweight in my stories. Tag me and I'll add your efforts in my stories as well!

This is a Banded Bear Crawl Walkout with a Donkey Kick- very advanced move. It's important to Land softly and not jam your feet into the floor. You can do this on a mat if you like (or on your bed!) I'm landing on the balls of my feet and using all the muscles in my lower body and core to soften the landing. Keep your core tight. The band makes this extra effective for working all of your shoulder muscles. Let's get it done!
