What would you like to let go of in your life?
What feels heavy to hold on to?

Take a deep breath in. Imagine this heaviness shifting and think of the weightlessness of a dandelion seed. Breathe out, releasing it into the wind. 🌬

Just a friendly reminder 💗

When you can't control what's happening, challenge yourself to control how you respond to what's happening.

That's where your power is.

I've been developing some products for supporting habits for wellness. These kits are designed and created by me. Follow Brain Gardening to stay updated or subscribe at braingardening.com

Excited to soon share one of the products I’ve been developing for retraining the brain (or brain gardening as I prefer to call it).

I created a line of desktop zen garden activity kits for promoting neuroplasticity and creativity! The handcrafted kits will soon be available on the Brain Gardening website in three size options—Mini, Standard, and Deluxe!

Brain Gardening designs and curates evidence-based resources for cultivating wellness through neuroplasticity. Items by Brain Gardening use applied neuroscience and serve to implement neuroplasticity-based concepts into everyday life in a way that is both fun and engaging!

Potential brain benefits of this practice may include, but are not limited to:

- Grounding & activating of the parasympathetic nervous system or the body’s relaxation response

- Replacing an addictive or unhealthy coping behavior

- Promoting a neuroplastic state of creativity & fantasy

- Mindfulness & supporting a more focused perspective

- Facilitating sensory play & building neural pathways

- Aiding cognitive & coordination skills

- Encouraging emotional regulation & mood elevation

- Supporting relief from boredom or stress
