Becoming a runner a few years ago completely changed my life. I like to show people that we can do anything we set our minds to. I started creating content this year on instagram and now wanna show you my fitness journey on facebook too.
Traveled recently and it made me rememeber this!Instagram doesn't recommend over 3 mins reels to new audiences so I challenge you to watch it so new people see it lol.

The NYC marathon results are in and after every major, threads or twitter is packed with negativity. Those having something to say about who should be allowed to run, mad at cut off times, those blaming charity runners or influencers, or just plain mad. I fell into this world not realizing so many had so many opinions on running and how it should be. Heres your reminder that this is a frekin free for all. Its just running.
(And also PS, so much of my fulfillment has come from other running experiences that didnt have a world major title)

I know the title is harsh but if one girl sees this and goes "huh, maybe I need to think about this" then I feel at peace. I went through so much to finally feel the balance of not living just to be tiny, but living to feel GOOD. And I want to share this message because I'm seeing mixed signals beging shared soooo often by people with way bigger audiences. And I've decided to continue sharing more of these personal stories for you as you go on your own journey. Maybe you'll relate.
