Today is K-State's Day of Giving! The K-State Foundation has set up a dedicated page just for the K-State Debate team, and you can donate here. You already know the K-State Debate team is growing and reaching new competitive heights. This is the second year in a row we have qualified two teams to the NDT. We also travelled four teams to CEDA Nationals this year. However, this growth is coming at a challenging time, when the cost of tournament travel keeps going up every year. These donations not only help us ensure that we can provide scholarships for K-State Debate students, they also allow us to meet the rising costs of travel while providing crucial opportunities for more students than ever to represent K-State Debate. The 80th National Debate Tournament,
After 8 rounds of competition across 3 days in Houston Texas both teams grabbed some wins and valuable experience, with some victories over Indiana, West Georgia, Navy and Samford to round out the tournament. A special thank you to Nine for all of the help! The cats are finishing up in New York for CEDA, more on that soon!
