Ahead of Opening Night on September 27, we invite you to join us for a performance of Verdi’s Requiem commemorating the 20th anniversary of 9/11 on September 11 at 7:45PM ET. Music Director Yannick Nezet-Seguin conducts a quartet of compelling soloists—soprano AILYN PÉREZ, mezzo-soprano Elina Garanca, tenor Matthew Polenzani, and bass-baritone Eric Owens—and the extraordinary MET Orchestra Musicians and Met Opera Chorus.

All tickets are $25 and go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 27, at 12PM ET, with a special allotment made available to families and other stakeholders impacted by 9/11 on a complimentary basis. Because of the limited seating capacity, tickets are limited to two per order.

The concert will also be broadcast live on PBS’s Great Performances, hosted by Misty Copeland.
