Sharing some glimpses of what I have been up to over the last few months with my brand , which is born from a mother-daughter collaboration since 2020.

I’ve slowed down on content creation and marketing after embracing a new step in my design career, Rongin remains special in my heart, my firstborn baby, focusing on bridging the generational gap, and all kinds of gaps.

In this post, I want to thank my father for always supporting my mother, and a special thanks to my little brother, who created this page during COVID under my direction and helped my mother return to the canvas while I was in searching for a job after leaving Dallas. It feels like forever ago, but these works show me not just my reflections, but reflections from generations before me.

What a journey it has been

Despite dearest wise souls offering true wisdom in different ways to take Rongin forward, I’m grateful for the advice and love the shared passion.

I choose to follow my heart, without external noise.

What I’m creating with Rongin is in a state of flow, without overthinking. Sometimes I focus on one piece at a time; other times, I’m creating a full bazaar 🤣

My goal is to have fun and enjoy the hell out of it.

Even the raw work behind carries pure expressions inspired from that reflect artistic choices without being overly controlled. I’m grateful to my mother for translating that in her own way, in her truest natural state.

Team RONGIN takes direct inspiration from our surroundings and the cultures that reveal life in palettes.
The colors of our souls become visible through what we create, whether it’s patterns born from brushstrokes in their purest form, or movement shaped through the rawness of the human lens.

These layers unfold as expressions of our lived experiences,
from what we wear, to what we feel, to even the flavors we taste.

The process behind Rongin allows a certain freedom,
a natural state of mind, unpolluted by “shoulds.”

It is to awaken our moral instinct
and the true nature of creation.

Whether on canvas or within a frame,
it is art in pure impression,
inspired by a collective awareness
that leads to individual enlightenment.
