We start with a shrub made from black plumbs, guajillo chilies, anise, cardamom & clove and add Mezcal, Amaro Meletti & Liqueur Strega and finish it off with some fresh lemon. Truly the flavor of summer!

A one time dinner special turned menu staple, this beautiful vegetarian pasta dish is jam packed with umami flavor! Our secret weapon is locally sourced lions main mushrooms that really sing when combined with tomato and black garlic. To drive it home we serve this Ragu on house super thicc pappardelle noodles that soak up all the deliciousness and deliver right to your taste buds!

We know times are tough for everyone. As a higher end (read: expensive) cocktail bar and restaurant, we are super conscious of the fact that our products are a treat, not so much an every day expense.

To make things a little easier, we have put together a list of some of our favorite classic cocktails and slapped a $10 price tag on all of them. Now, we know that 10 is still not nothing, we just want to show our appreciation to all of you who continue to show up and spend your hard earned money with us.
