Fake spring might be my favorite season 🌞
I walked on a rather empty High Line in the sun this morning at 9 a.m. While I enjoyed my coffee and later some pastries, I soaked in the sun as much as possible and checked on signs of an actually approaching spring. So far, only the snowdrops are out though. 🌱
After this seemingly endless arctic winter in NYC, even a few days of fake spring feel like absolute bliss. 😊
Absolutely everyone here loves our faux fur blanket 💖 ~gifted
It is soft, warm, quite heavy (in a pleasant way), comes in the perfect camouflage colors for Lotti and Pepper, and 🥳 I can put it into our washing machine and dryer. 🙌
Currently, our biggest issue is who gets to use the blanket the most: our cats for naps 🐆 or our girls for building snugglier blanket forts 🏰?

All the pretty colors in Old San Juan 🌈
San Juan reminds me a lot of Istanbul: colorful houses, traditional next to modern, lots of ruins, lots of construction sites - so, of course, I'm in love ☺️
