The Manhattan Infill Project is starting to take shape!

Our team has worked hard to keep this project on track despite the recent winter weather. Foundations have been inspected and slabs will be poured soon!

Progress update at our custom home in Wamego!

Framing is well underway and things are moving at the speed of light ⚡️ Grateful for our hardworking team showing up and pushing through the cold.

We're excited to announce the completion of our most recent infill project in Manhattan; the Browning Townhomes.

This new development is located in a residential infill area of Manhattan, KS. Our team acquired the vacant land in 2022 and successfully led the rezoning and replatting process. The project delivered four individual for-sale homes, each featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all of which have been sold. The completed development resulted in an approximate property tax base valuation increase of more than $1.5MM. 🏠✨
