Wherever you are, I hope you are well.

This holiday season, as I do my gift shopping, I am well aware of how privileged I am. During the two recent lockdowns where I live, I have been fortunate to be warm and have everything I need. I am grateful to be healthy, employed and loved.

Since the pandemic began last winter, Robin Press Studio has been on a break and to be honest, I have been undecided about selling accessories this season. Then I thought, perhaps there is a way that we can do something nice for ourselves or someone else, while doing something good for those less fortunate.

As the holidays are upon us and we are beginning to leave our homes, you may want to consider one of our hand-painted and silkscreened vintage bags or exquisite leather gloves for yourself or someone on your gift list. All of our pieces are one-of a kind and for every purchase, 50 usd will go to the International Rescue Committee to purchase a Quarantine Kit for a refugee family in the US, with essential items including a digital thermometer, soap, masks, non-perishable food and drinking water.
