Our Story
Troy's been a mixed martial arts master in the making since the early '90s. So when the opportunity to own Evolution Training Center presented itself, he jumped at the chance to empower others through StrikeFit, Krav Maga, martial arts, and self-defense programs. Since then, we've added even more experienced instructors to our team. With kids martial arts and adult Krav Maga classes, our center is the ideal match for families looking to get fit together. Focused on uplifting your mental and physical well-being, you'll leave each session more confident and stronger than ever.
