Lots more work going out tomorrow it’s been a very busy weekend.
3 pairs of machine spacers refaced
16 X M24 studs have had a 15mm a/f hex milled on
2 shafts have had the M79 X 1.5 mm thread recut as the locking nuts were tight and would not go on.
2 long keys made
4 small keys made

4 pairs of machine spacers refaced and 11 roller shafts made Ready for delivery

4 shaft sleeves machined from EN19t steel

4 more drive plates fully machined ready for delivery

10 pairs of machine spacers refaced

not posted any jobs for a while as I have been busy with other things . Hardened shaft from a thread rolling machine has had its thread re cut and repaired as they had been damaged . I will have two of these shafts to manufacture from scratch coming up shortly 👍

6:30 am start this morning to finish up 3 roller bodies for one of my oldest customers. These are for a thread rolling machine made from M2 tool steel with M5 stainless steel grub screws to secure the pin

Rush job. X4 double thread one off bolts for a returning customer M24X1.5 fine large end and M18X1.5 fine thread small end
