Om Ah Hum Meditation

A simple yet powerful Buddhist mantra. Om Ah Hum are three seed syllables that purify the mind, speech and heart.

As you chant Om let the sound echo in the head and visualize white light emanating from the center of the head. Om symbolizes the energy of existence, the physical form.

As you chant Ah feel the vibration of the sound in the throat and visualize red light emanating from the throat. The syllable Ah expresses interactions, the potential of being.

As you chant Hum feel the sound warming the heart and visualize blue light emanating from the heart center. Through Hum love and creativity flow.

As the waves withdraw once again to the sea, the silence surrounding the jetties at at RocKaWaY 😌

As fate would have it, being gifted a sailboat to ride with the ocean's motions as varied as my own emotions I surfaced from the depths soothed by a liquid glimmering balm.

My sailing sloop took me into the moment to moment of the preciousness of life. Drowned were echoes of cPTSDand being emotionally and mentally out of touch with my responsibilities.
Today I am offering the Ocean Light Healing Method for like minded women who wish to reclaim their own healing sovereign journey.
