Day 3 of State FFA Convention

Kendall, Taylee and Anna were recognized on stage as State Poultry Evaluation Champions. Emmy was unable to make it due to State Track. Check out the video in the comments!

Aubrey and Mackenzie both recieved their state degree and have officially worn the FFA Jacket for the last time!🥲

We also want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Mrs. Molleker-Jamison for being our chaperone while Mr. Anguiano was away.

Definitely a State Convention to remember!

Congratulations to Jacob O’Trimble from the Perry-Lecompton FFA Chapter on winning the Diversified Crop-Production Placement award!

Good luck to O’Trimble as he plans to attend Kansas State University this fall.

Days 1 & 2 State Convention
Day 1: Another great start to State Convention! We had the opportunity to attend an Opportunity Fair full of colleges and careers for us to learn about! We helped packed emergency kits for those in need when natural disasters occur. We also attended Opening Session in Morgan Family Arena. Then we topped the evening off at the Trampoline Park! Day 2: Started off the Day with a Bang as Jacob O. was named the winner of the Diversified Crop Production Proficiency and will Represent Kansas in that area at Nationals. Emily B. was also awarded for being a State Finalist in the Small Animal Production and Care Award Area

Congratulations to the teams and individuals named Champion in their respective Career Development Event (CDE) for the state of Kansas! With over 2,000 members competiting for the top spot, these teams shined. The teams will represent Kansas FFA this fall at the 99th National FFA Convention.
