Happy to share a video describing progress in Silverton on their land readjustment initiative. The project will transform 6 acres of the central business district into a more walkable environment while creating community wealth. Very exciting to learn that Silverton has received a Powerful Communities Grant from the Duke Energy Foundation to continue with the land readjustment study. Thank you Duke Energy Foundation! We are so appreciative. Also special thanks to the Village of Silverton and professional partners Saint Francis Group and Reztark Design Studio.

Great to see so many folks at the property owner's meeting last night at HighGrain Brewery! Special thanks to Reztak Design Studio and Saint Francis Group for the terrific presentation. Also good to hear all the great input from property owners. We will be putting your feedback into the study as we finish up Phase 2 shortly. Stay tuned!

Excited to share beautiful renderings for the land readjustment initiative in the Village of Silverton, Ohio. Saint Francis Group provide the direction for the type of development while Reztark Design Studio did the massing studies and the renderings. Although the final design will most likely be a bit different, the renderings provide a good "look and feel" for a revitalized Central Business District.
