Obsessed. We focused on highlighting warm ceramics and organic textures in contrast to the warm and cool tones and high sheen of this European styled kitchen.

When we received this project, we knew we needed to highlight ‘s amazing, large scale art pieces.

Located In the heart of SoHo on a historic cobble stone street, this cast iron, brick, and marble loft building was originally constructed in 1860 and has been restored to the highest of standards. With its beautiful walnut floors, grand proportions, and soaring 11 for ceilings, this building is the definition of downtown chic.

Busser’s paintings were perfect for the expansive space the apt had to offer.

I am thrilled for my friend and broker Michael Engstrom to have this beautiful duplex in west Hell’s Kitchen go into contract! The buyers were drawn into the space with the interior design and the amazing outdoor space.
