The Forge MHK

Each week we light candles to remind us of how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are present with us around the table. It’s because of God’s presence that we can be at rest. Crazy and chaotic as it seems, He holds the whole world in His hands and we can take some much needed time off to reorient our eyes off ourselves and onto Him.

Special Sabbath Dinner tomorrow!

Feel free to come in costume and bring your own pumpkin to carve. We’ll have our normal meal and do a little celebrating afterward for anyone interested in participating.

This community has taken many shapes over the last 13 years, and tonight we got to celebrate the end of one as we prepare for the beginning of the next. Thanks to all who have made our house church home over the years. It has been full of joy and grief, learning and changing, asking hard questions, and opening ourselves more to Jesus with many relational bumps along the way. But man have we lived and loved into it! Thank You, God, for the gift of your presence every Thursday night and beyond. 🩷

This summer, we’ll take every 3rd week off house church to rest. See you June 12!
