I'm so proud of my cast.
Trodding the Boards March 9, 2021 | Ambush Magazine Brighton Beach Memoirs at 30 by Ninety Theatre through March 14 I remember seeing Brighton Beach Memoirs at the then-recently rechristened Neil Simon Theatre and being a bit underwhelmed by it. I’m not sure if it was because my expectations were too high after its rave reviews and Tony Awards or b...

The bad news - the Saints lost. The good news, you can now attend on Sunday and there are plenty of good seats available since a lot of people were waiting. Book your tickets for Sunday at www.30byNinety.com
Opening Night is SOLD OUT! Let's meet our next cast member.... Tom Bubrig (Candy) is happy to have a part in bringing this brilliant classic to the stage. Tom was the director of the April production of "The Great Big Doorstep" and has appeared as EK Hornbeck in "Inherit the Wind" and before that as Colonel Nathan R. Jessep in "A Few Good Men." He sends love and kisses to his wife, Celeste. See Tom in Of Mice and Men. Reserve your seats at 30byNinety.com 📸: hothousedesignllc.com

One of my favorite scenes from The Great Big Doorstep. Still a few tickets left for the final weekend. Very happy that the first two weekends were sold out and had great reviews. Directing this cast with the assistance of Shelley and Amy was a joy.
Final weekend of THE GREAT BIG DOORSTEP coming your way this Friday, Saturday & Sunday! Don’t be a couyon and miss the fun! Reserve your seats at 30byNinety.com

Daniel Whitney before he invented Larry the Cable Guy.
Dan Whitney performing as himself, not as "Larry the Cable Guy." Brilliant comedian Dan Whitney performs as himself in a late 1980s standup routine.

Jerry Lewis died today. Many of my actor friends would probably like to know that Lewis is widely credited with the first real use of "video assist" or what we call today the "video village". Some say he invented it (with Sony's help) but some say versions of it existed before. He was both the lead and the director of "The Bellboy" in 1960 and needed a way to see what had just been filmed to see if it worked.
Christopher Nolan doesn't have to explain to the suits where he spent the money for Dunkirk. It's all on the screen. Epic scenes and cinematography!
