Hooks were set and bragging rights were earned! 🎣🏆 Our annual Keystone Fishing Rodeo brought our teams together in Leeville, LA for a weekend of friendly competition on the coast. Congratulations to the Baton Rouge Office for reeling in the Best Office title!

Keystone is excited to welcome our new Project Director, Robert Smith! Robert brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex capital projects across the industrial, energy, and chemical sectors. His expertise in engineering leadership, ex*****on governance, and building high-performing multidisciplinary teams will be a tremendous asset as Keystone continues to grow and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Robert is passionate about developing strong teams, mentoring future leaders, and creating the structure and discipline needed to successfully execute challenging projects safely and efficiently. His leadership approach aligns engineering, project management, and construction to drive predictable ex*****on and long-term success.

In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters at volleyball games, equestrian events, and preparing for college.
