Confidence Builder

Struggling learners often work so hard to decode words that comprehension is lost. This actually can create more confusion because they do not have an "Aha!" moment when they have decoded the actual phonemes.

There are tools that can help! In a program we use the imagination, creativity, clay, and self regulation as tools to create meaning. We empower learners which builds confidence.

One of my (and millions) favorite authors, Dame Agatha Christie struggled with the mechanics of penmanship and spelling.

Yes, you can do hard things!

It is also possible that we can make it a little easier! 🀩

🧠 Did you know Agatha Christie had dyslexia?

Christie struggled with spelling and writing mechanics throughout her life. Yet she became one of the best-selling authors in history, known for her brilliant storytelling and unforgettable mysteries.

"Writing and spelling were always terribly difficult for me. My letters were without originality. I was…an extraordinarily bad speller and have remained so."

Different ways of thinking bring powerful strengths.

Certainty is often the first step toward independence and success.

When learners experience repeated confusion or failure, they may hesitate to answer or trust themselves. But certainty changes confusion into confidence.

At NeuroPath Central programs are facilitated one-on-one allowing learners to achieve certainty at each phase. They develop certainty that allows them to move forward with courage.

Dysregulated behavior is communication in its rawest form. When clients do not yet have the words, skills, or tools to express a need, their behavior often speaks... loudly.

The goal is not to excuse behavior but to translate it.

Proven, personalized programs for neurodivergent learners.

Dysregulation and Friendships

Sometimes when I am interviewing a potential client, their lack of friends comes up. Many neurodivergent learners attempt to maintain connection but struggle when their dysregulated emotions or disorientation affects conversations, play, or problem solving.

By strengthening a client's ability to self regulate through one-on-one facilitation, they become better able to keep and maintain healthy connections with peers.

Self Regulation
When our emotions are not regulated, we are not able to take in new information.
Often neurodivergent learners do not simply "grow into" learning to process their own BIG emotions. When learners understand what is happening in their mind, body, and feelings, they can utilize their Davis tools to focus and process.
Personalized intensives help neurodivergent learners build the skills and equip them with the tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence.

Is homework is a nightly battle?

Your child is bright, you can see it clearly. But reading and writing feel impossible, and no amount of practice seems to help.

It's because their mind works differently

Davis Mastery for Dyslexia is a one-on-one program built around your child's thinking style β€” not the school's expectations.

β€œMy twelve-year-old son recently completed the Davis Attention Mastery Program, and we are extremely pleased with his progress. Within a few weeks, he was at national standards for reading and is now getting 100% on his spelling tests.
Since completing the program, he no longer takes Ritalin and is now a happier and more confident boy. Words cannot express our gratitude to our Facilitator and to Ron Davis for creating this program.”

Even though it may frequently feel that way, neurodivergent learners are not actually trying to drive you crazy! πŸ˜†
Often, they have no concrete concept of what you mean by "in order" or "change" or that "caused" this other thing to happen.
It is so fun to hear how orderly their lives can become! No, they will probably not become extremely neat overnight. However, once the concept has been realized, they can build on it! πŸŽ‰
