BrightLeaf, Inc. maintains 'an ancient tradition of caring; a modern approach to healing.' Since 1979, we have been proud to be of service to our community.
(formerly, PCS) is an independent, non-profit, non-denominational counseling and consulting center. Our staff includes pastoral counselors, psychologists, clinical social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, and substance abuse professionals. Each of our staff members is licensed by the State of New Hampshire in their specific specialty areas and the organization is accredited by the Samaritan Institute of Denver, CO. Founded in 1979, as Pastoral Counseling Services, and rebranded as BrightLeaf in 2025. Our staff maintains a strong commitment to its mission to address the mental and emotional needs of the local community with compassion, acceptance and understanding. Our motto - Feel Heard. Feel Cared For. Feel Better. - offers a glimpse into the PCS perspective: we honor each person's journey, healing process and voice. And, ultimately, we hope to restore each of the people we serve to a life that is spiritually, emotionally and physically balanced.

Sophia brings a passion for working with clients navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and spiritual processing, and has officially opened her books to take on new clients!

We recognize that Father’s Day can be complicated. For some, it’s a day of joy and gratitude. For others, it may bring feelings of grief, loss, stress, distance, or longing.
Mental health is part of every family’s story. This Father’s Day, we encourage dads and caregivers to make space for their own well-being, too. Caring for yourself is one of the most meaningful ways to care for those who depend on you.
