Congratulations to Manchester NH Police Detective Shannon Jackson on being named the Queen City Rotary Officer of the Year.
From leading the GEM (Girls Empowerment and Movement) program and mentoring young women throughout Manchester, to supporting individuals in recovery, serving as a Peer Support Team leader, and volunteering countless hours in the community, Detective Jackson's impact extends far beyond the badge.
