We extend our warmest congratulations to the CarePoint Plus team on winning the trophy in the ‘State-level Volleyball Tournament’ organized by the NRN USA New Hampshire Chapter yesterday.

Our team faced off the Boston Volleyball team in the finals and won the trophy. Kudos to the organizers, supporters, and players for such a cheering participation. 🏐

We reopened the scholarships for refugee and immigrant students seeking higher education in the US. Three college students will get this award based on their academic merit, financial need, and other non-academic considerations such as extracurricular activities, school activities, and experiences. Three home care organizations—CarePoint Plus, Relevant Home Care, and 24Seven Home Healthcare—owned by a group of former Bhutanese refugees in the states of New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Ohio are sponsoring this award.

The application deadline is August 25, 2022.

Application requirements
1. Be a current or previous refugee or immigrant living in the
United States.
2. The applicant must be an undergraduate student enrolled
full-time in a two-or four-year program leading to a
bachelor's degree.
3. Recipients will be selected based on:
i. Academic record
ii. Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and
community activities.
iii. Statement of goals and aspirations
iv. Unusual personal and family circumstances
4. The application must be submitted before the deadline.
5. The student must fill all the required fields and attach the
necessary documents.
