I would just like to say that our online community is so very helpful and inspiring. Very grateful for professional input and advice.
I always learn something new when reading posts from colleagues. Bravi tutti.
We NEVER stop learning.

Good morning, all, from frosty New Hampshire.
Those who know me are aware of my habit of sending greeting cards, some seasonal, others just for fun.
I picked up this at local Rite Aid, but have NO IDEA what the message is.
Any idea what the word below "Christmas'" is?
Thanks, and good wishes for a healthy 2025.

Here are a few naughty fresh cranberries who assumed they could escape my homemade relish (fresh peeled ginger, whole naval orange, sugar, and FRESH CRANBERRIES all whipped up in my food processor)...little did they realize they are now washed and STILL destined for the chopper. LOL.
SO PREFERABLE to that canned jellied stuff. Trust me.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING all.

I have a confession to make: I am a Renaissance polyphony nerd. Not much exposure in undergrad school, but one of my fondest memories of the 2 years I spent at Indiana University in the 1970s is of Professor Jan Harrington gathering as many voice majors as possible to sing Tallis's "Spem in alium" in the Musical Arts Center (MAC). He spread us ALL OVER the space - stage, boxes, many levels of balconies, while he conducted from the stage. Of course, this was an extremely ambitious project, and it was difficult to hear the other parts while singing yours.
That said, probably the only time EVER any of us would have/will have the opportunity to sing this piece. Finally, my favorite listen just now is the Tallis Scholars' performance of Victoria's Requiem. It never fails to calm me down and feel peace.
