Buggs Bakery offers a wide variety of home-made sweets. Most of the goods are presented in baskets but they can be purchased individually.
I started baking by accident. While working for a caterer, the pastry chef left for vacation and being the new person in the kitchen I was put in charge of pastry. Up until that point I wanted nothing to do with pastry I was strictly a cook, but after that experience I was hooked and started teaching myself new recipes. It has been a busy couple of weeks, but 2 large baskets completed and 6 smaller ones. Peanut brittle, caramel corn, peppermint bark, chocolate caramels, sugar cookies, short bread bits, spiced nuts, Moravian ginger cookies, fudge and toffee!

I apologize for the lack of professional staging photos, it was a whirlwind week of work and cookie decorating! Made these for my sister's 40th birthday party. Each gift bag got a cake, monogram, and number. And they made it home in one piece, although TSA and flight attendants were eyeing them, lol.
