This is SUCH a great resource for anybody with ADD/anybody who loves someone with ADD! I'm usually pretty neutral regarding there use of meds in treating mental health disorders- sometimes they help, sometimes they don't, either way they don't solve the problem.
BUT, I've always advocated that ADD is different. As a mom of an awesome kiddo with ADHD who found meds incredibly helpful and has also been successful off them for 2 years now, and as an adult with a late in life diagnosis myself, I've seen first hand the huge benefit. (And they can help ease comorbid symptoms of anxiety and depression.)

Love this! So many of us are miserable & burnt out, working too hard to uphold relationships and dynamics that aren't working for us. Or we are pouring ourselves out when we don't even need to! Boundaries are a beautiful thing πΌπ
