The LMC Groups and Spotlight Productions are seeking a creative doer and intuitive solutions provider to join our team in the role of Personal Assistant to our charismatic dynamo of a Founder, who owns our business consulting firm and is currently growing her presence in the entertainment industry as a producer, writer, and on-air talent. She is a tireless Renaissance woman – business and lifestyle influencer, artist, author, and leader.

Her Personal Assistant will be a skilled, energetic, creative problem-solver, able to pull rabbits out of hats, juggle multiple tasks, anticipate needs, shift priorities, and pivot on a moment’s notice. They will be responsible for directly supporting multiple facets of the Founder & Chair’s day to day life, ensuring smooth management of her business and personal affairs, and the most effective use of her time and talents toward her personal wellbeing and professional success.

Responsibilities include:
 Calendar Management, including integration of project and production schedules and scheduling both personal and professional appointments, appearances, and events
 Travel arrangements and rearrangements, often on short notice
 Source and procure a limitless variety of resources – including but not limited to rental property, office space, care providers, equipment rental, materials, services, etc.
 Create and/or update various marketing and branding materials (including pitch decks, websites, social media presence, coordination with publicist)
 Manage registrations of all kinds, for personal and business needs
 Pursue cancellations, reschedules, exchanges, returns, refunds, credits, and discounts as needed
 Create/manage expense reports; maintain receipts and classify expenses
 Organize tasks and timelines associated with multiple projects and keep collaborators and stakeholders up to date
 Respond to email and other correspondence on her behalf

Qualified Candidates Will Possess the Following:
 Very strong technology skills
 Organizational and time management skills; excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work required
 Highly motivated and able to work independently; flexibility with changing priorities is a must
 Impeccable writing and editing skills; excellent presentation and communication skills
 Graphic design required; website building a plus
 Film/television background preferred, with basic knowledge of video editing and production
 Willingness to travel

Experience/Education:
o Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
o 1+ years related experience required
o Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intimate knowledge of PowerPoint
o Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest for business
o Experience with website builders such as Wix or WordPress preferred
