It's Global Tiger Day! So we thought we'd share something that tigers and sand cats have in common, and that's their ability to demonstrate a flehmen response. Here you'll see Kadar and Jabar, formerly at Utah's Hogle Zoo, doing just that! A flehmen response is just the animal processing a scent, which is more affectionately called a stinky face! 😸
