Randstad is searching for an Onboarding Recruiter to sit onsite at a client in Manchester, Pa. This is an ideal position for someone looking to gain experience in the Human Resource world! If you are dependable, outgoing, professional and career driven - this is the position for you! Spanish speaking is not required but highly preferred as this client has a high amount of Spanish speaking employees.

Schedule: Anywhere from 24-32 hours a week. Preferred hours would be 12:00pm-6:00pm. Will vary based on volume of client.

$18-$21 per hour depending on experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.

Must successfully complete a criminal background check
