Out with the old, in with the new! When gaps are to large in the old ledger board, we put new decking on. This job was still done in just one day 💪🏽 the color choosen Coastal Blue and a Landmark Pro shingle with all the top tier underlayments. HAPPY FRIDAY 🗣️

Here’s a roof from the other week in Bedford!

AJ Leblanc had a leak on a low sitting roof that was abutting the asphalt they were getting redone. We did elastoflex modified roofing because it was in an area where there was potential for walking and or things coming in contact with the roof rubber would have been too much of a risk.

Final product looks great!

Last weekend, Connor’s Climb Foundation hosted a hockey game against the Boston Bruin’s Alumni to raise much needed funds for mental health. KV Construction was proud to be a sponsor, including a $5,000 donation and the event brought in over $50,000!
Connor’s Climb Foundation collaborates with teachers and schools, the public, and the mental health system to ensure that the young people of New Hampshire have the lifesaving resources needed to prevent su***de.

Albin was able to attend the event and meet Lindsey (middle) who is The Executive Director and Tara (right), The Founder and President.
