KDG Decluttering

It seems Yelp has decided to hide some of my client reviews in their “Not Recommended” section. Unfortunately, they won’t provide a clear explanation as to why these reviews aren’t being shown publicly on my business page. The reviews are only visible to me.

Rather than let those kind words go unseen, I wanted to share them here.

My business is built on people, relationships, family values, and a completely judgment-free approach. Nearly 98% of my clients come from word-of-mouth referrals, which means the trust and support of my community means everything to me.

I can’t help but feel disappointed by Yelp’s practices. I previously invested hundreds of dollars in advertising with them, only to receive leads that were not genuine customers. Since choosing not to continue advertising, I’ve watched legitimate client reviews be hidden without explanation.

Regardless, I’m incredibly proud of the relationships I’ve built and the work I do every day. So instead of focusing on what Yelp chooses to show, I’d rather focus on what my clients have shared.

To all of my past and current clients: thank you. Your trust, support, referrals, and kind words have helped my small business grow. I am truly grateful and blessed to work with each and every one of you.
