Good morning, everyone. 🤍

I’m hopping on here to share something very personal, and to explain why you haven’t seen me at the shop recently. Some of you may already know through my personal Facebook, while others may not, but I feel it’s important to share and be transparent with my Alchemized Divinity family as well so you understand what’s been going on.

I’ve been tucked away in my little bubble of safety, sleeping more than usual, and being forced into a season of stillness and healing. The reason is… well…

What was supposed to become the “big news” of a pregnancy announcement instead became the devastating discovery of a miscarriage over this weekend into this week.

Some of you may know as I’ve mentioned in shop, my wife and I have been quietly and intentionally trying for motherhood behind the scenes, and these last few days have been filled with mourning a beginning, a chapter, and a little life we never got the chance to fully meet. This is heartbreaking and it leaves such a mark you. I’ve been giving myself permission to grieve and allowing my body, mind, and soul the space to heal from this loss as I have never experienced something like this before. It’s tender and a lot of us women go through this and I won’t shame myself for talking about it either.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has reached out personally to check on me, as well as everyone who has continued to support the shop through your kind messages, positive reviews, online orders, and genuine care. Knowing that I am cared for, even from a distance, has made this process just a little bit easier. Thank you.

While I have you here.. there have also been a few unfortunate rumors on Facebook that I no longer care about my shop, that I’m closing, always closed recently, or that I’m somehow failing to keep it open. Guys, life happens and I’m thankful to have the ability to close and open my doors when I need to. It’s actually a blessing that I’ll never take for granted. None of those things are true, if you see these awful things being said on your end, please let me know so I can defend my little mighty shop. These rumors, they never will be “true” unless the universe has entirely different plans for me. Trust me you all would be the first to know. Alchemized Divinity is still here. I love this little shop, I love what I’ve built, and I’m not going anywhere. I simply needed to step back for a moment and take care of myself, my little family, and restore what my body lost.

So thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for helping hold down the fort while life has asked me to slow down. Sometimes life happens, and sometimes it can be cruel in the most innocent of circumstances. Those are my cards right now. I can’t reshuffle. It’s okay🩵

This experience has broken parts of me down while simultaneously forging something new within me. I’m still finding my way through that. If you know me, I will alchemize this. My story doesn’t end here.
